5. Incidents notification

5.1 If the Company becomes aware of any security breach that leads to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access (excluding unsuccessful attempts or activities) of your personal data on systems managed or controlled by us, we will promptly notify you in accordance with the procedures outlined in applicable legislation and GDPR.
